Top of the Round: Paradigm
Top of the Round: Paradigm is an actual play adventure podcast. Set in the dark, mysterious world of Ishnar; the campaign follows Varien, an Eladrin searching for the past, and Clover, a strange girl running from hers.
Top of the Round was created from a love of storytelling and the first campaign placed 16th in the Audio Fiction World Cup in 2023. The first campaign used a homebrew version of DnD5e, but Paradigm called for a switch in systems, over to Pathfinder 2e.
Starting out in a small basement with cheap microphones and no experience, the TotR crew now records in a fully fledged home studio with a (semi) professional set up. Their time outside of TotR is spent on multiple other audio endeavors. The cast loves bringing this story to life and seeing their fans excitement alongside each episode release.
Join the players and their fates are determined by their choices and the whims of their dice.

Content Rating
Top of the Round has an R rating and is intended for mature audiences.
The show features violence, coarse language, crude joking, and scenarios that might be considered disturbing. The story itself features many adult topics, including but not limited to: abuse, self-harm, human trafficking, kidnapping, mental illness, bias, system inequality, sexual themes,
alcohol and drug consumption, and death.
They do their best to put trigger warnings in show notes of each episode, and sometimes verbally warn the listeners if an episode is particularly spicy.
